These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Lookbook Generator ("the Service"), operated by Beecommerce sp. z o.o. By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Pilot program
The Service is currently in pilot. Access is granted to selected partners. The Service is provided "as is" during the pilot period without warranties of any kind.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the Service for legitimate ecommerce imagery purposes only.
- Do not submit content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service.
3. Intellectual property
All software and trademarks are property of Beecommerce sp. z o.o. unless otherwise stated. You retain rights to your input product data and to the generated images for use in your ecommerce operations.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beecommerce sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.
